**About the Role:
A new, exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to spearhead Blancco’s engagement in the Channel & Enterprise segment.

**This role is remotely based and does require occasional travel across the sales territory.**
- Develop and drive the partner strategy across Blancco’s top tier partners in Australia & New Zealand.
- To be able to recruit and onboard new channel partners to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Work with channel partners to implement plans to achieve; revenue, pipeline goals, training, marketing and other metrics as required.
- A key component of partner engagement will be business planning, account planning, sales cadence and subsequent engagement - it will be a requirement that this individual also be involved in end customer engagement in support of the partner.
- Manage partner pipeline, cadence and all relevant stakeholder mapping across the organisations and provide partner forecasting back into Blancco.
- Ensure partners are trained and certified to the appropriate levels enabling to operate as independently as possible with their customers.
- Support MDF activities supporting both enablement and customer development objectives.
- Become a trusted advisor for partners to grow their business with Blancco.
- Track partner opportunities in SalesForce CRM and forecast weekly.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5+ years operating in a sales-based environment with experience in the IT Software Australian & NZ market.
- 2+ years of Channel experience with demonstrable experience in driving growth through channel is desirable.
- Sales experience in security software or IT related with emphasis in the Channel/Enterprise software security market.
- Good understanding of IT software distribution models.
- Understanding of the industry, key players and technologies is essential.
- Experience in selling business to business in a Cyber Security Sector.
- Proven experience in driving strategic engagement at executive levels in partners and customers is required.
- A proven track record of driving and motivating the Channel.
- Ability to articulate a value proposition clearly and engage at multiple levels within an organisation.
- Ability to present security solutions to external audiences.
- Self-starting and comfortable in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Strong team ethic - we are a small interdependent team in Australia & New Zealand.
- Willing to travel across Australia & New Zealand.
- Great time management skills including being able to work flexibly across multi-disciplinary teams and across varying time zones.
