**Global Partner Solutions (GPS)** team mission is to build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more. GPS is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft. Building on the GPS mission, the Go-To-Market team mission is to develop the strategy and marketing approach for how we build, nurture, and engage the partner ecosystem to drive tech acceleration and customer outcomes.
The Channel Sales team's mission is to sell solutions with partners, to empower people, and organizations to achieve more. We are at our best when we work with Partners to solve our Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC) customers' challenges and help them size new opportunities.
- ** Lead** with Partners to deliver business outcomes for our customers that accelerate their digital transformation.
- With Partners **grow** Azure Cloud share in the **Financial Services, Legal** and **Accounting** industries.
We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure, Application, Data and AI (Azure) Channel Sales Manager to join our team and make a difference to our customers by working with Microsoft’s Partner ecosystem.
**Responsibilities**:
**The purpose of this role**:
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for creating the Azure SMC Co-Sell plan to attain sales targets, identifying key market opportunities and with partners drive transformation in customers by leveraging key programs and investments.
- Make a difference by leading with Partners in all our customer engagements, expanding Partner reach into our SMC Customers.
- Deliver impact through leading pipeline governance for inbound partner deals and outbound deals from Microsoft field sales engines with focus on enabling our field sellers to scale further through our Partners.
- Drive growth in customer acquisition by selecting the right partners for the right opportunities and orchestrating available programs, investments, and internal people resources to progress the opportunity.
- Work with partners to accelerate customer digital transformation by winning new innovative projects in existing customers.
- Lead partner strategy across teams at the segment or account team level to identify partners that can generate increased revenue for Azure. Works with Account Team Unit, Specialist Team Unit and other teams to ensure alignment around the partner strategy and drive partner inclusion in all customer engagements.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
- ** OR** Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
- ** OR** Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience.
