**The opportunities**:
Synergy Group is seeking multiple Consultants (Perm or Contract) to join our team with a background in
**Project Scheduling.**
In this role you will be responsible for preparing and managing schedules to support Government decision making and ongoing management of programs, projects and products, including management of the schedule baseline. To do this, working with stakeholders you must develop schedules for all activities and milestones across capability development, acquisition, and in-service, including disposal.
As a Scheduler with Synergy you will also be required to forecast the remaining time required to complete delivery, for acquisition projects underway. You will be required to include the impact of dependencies, integration with FIC delivery, as well as an understanding of industry's ability to deliver. To prepare the schedules, you will be able to uses a variety of techniques, ranging from delphi, wide-band delphi, analagous comparison, parametric estimation, bottom-up (engineering build-up), and the use of historical actual costs.
You must also be able to conduct assurance of schedules.
In this role you must work closely with the other disciplines of project controls to ensure alignment between cost, schedule, risk and workforce.

**Security**
Due to the nature of Synergy’s work and clients we serve you must be an
**Australian Citizen** and hold or be able to achieve an Australian Government security clearance Baseline (minimum).
