**Location**:Dickson + WFH

**Role Description**

The Project Scheduler position will report to the Senior Director Business Management, Infrastructure Delivery and will be expected to liaise closely with the project teams and other staff and advisors across all areas of the projects.

The position will be a support role within the Infrastructure Delivery branch and work closely with nominated project team/s being responsible for ensuring effective project management functions including risk, issue management, master program management, information management, and project reporting.

The key focus of the role is around the gathering of information from the project teams and advisors to build and manage a Project program for each nominated project.

The role will also provide a supporting role in the development of schedule management practices within the branch and provide guidance to project management staff on effective schedule management.

**Compliance Requirements / Qualifications Required**
- Experience using Primavera, Microsoft Project or a similar schedule management system;
- Extensive background in scheduling or project management; and
- Tertiary qualifications in project management (or similar field).

**Desirable**
- Experience in the construction industry;
- Experience in major infrastructure or building projects; and
- Experience with Earned Value Management
