A rare opportunity has arisen for a Melbourne or Brisbane-based Indigenous / First Nations Project/Program manager to join our energetic, passionate, and close-knit team.

**What you'll be doing**:
Creating impact and delivering ground-breaking initiatives for the Indigenous Affairs program at Coles, you’ll report to the Head of Indigenous Affairs and will:

- Oversee activities related to the program management of the Indigenous Affairs program
- Lead internal and external reporting and representation for Coles Group in regulatory reports
- Support the development and implementation of Coles Indigenous workforce strategy and initiatives
- Develop and manage strong internal stakeholder relationships
- Provide other support to the Coles Indigenous program

An exemplary Project / Program manager, you demonstrate Indigenous community engagement experience, and the ability to drive projects from the ground up.

**You’ll also need**:

- Strong knowledge of Indigenous histories, peoples, and cultures
- Excellent governance skills
- Sound prioritisation and time planning skills
- A high level of attention to detail and the capacity to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
