We are seeking an experienced Governance and Policy Support Officer to join one of our government clients for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assisting the team with governance and support duties
- Development corporate policies and procedures framework
- Review and categorize BMS libraries
- Respond to and categorize BMS Support requests
- Comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and professional standards
- Liaising with different key stakeholders of the business
- Monitor currency of corporate policies and procedures and engage with document owners for resolution
- Other general administrative tasks as required

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience in writing policies and procedures or administrative tasks
- High level knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing requirements and to provide support to others in an environment of change
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
