The PTSA Commercial Governance and Projects Directorate is responsible for ensuring compliance and effective governance, business management, data analytics and strategic project management across PTSA.
We are seeking a Governance and Administration Support Officer to join our team, reporting to the Senior Governance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Providing a range of high-level executive, secretariat, and administrative support for Commercial Governance and Projects related functions, and coordinating the preparation and finalisation of briefings, reports and submissions to support Directorate activities as required.

Collecting sensitive information from a variety of sources and disseminating information, whilst maintaining confidentiality.

Providing day to day administrative support to the Director, Commercial Governance and Projects, by acting as the primary point of contact for diary/scheduling management.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured reports and recommendations under tight deadlines. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, effectively liaising across all levels, and contributing to positive negotiations and problem-solving. With experience working under limited direction, you will need to be capable of coordinating and implementing programs and policies.
Managing multiple priorities under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality, professional documentation with strong attention to detail is required. Additionally, you need to be adept at handling sensitive information with discretion, tact, and confidentiality.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline will be highly regarded.
Special Conditions
A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
