Hays are currently partnering with a number of State and Federal Government agencies requiring additional headcount on projects of key Government priority.

Hays Policy & Strategy are the only specialist unit of its kind in South Australia. With relationships across all levels of Government, Hays can assist with finding your next role.

**Your new role**

Assignments are temporary through Hays and vary in length from 4 weeks right up to 12 months.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for future vacancies within this sector, you will meet the following criteria:

- Previous experience in a policy or project officer role in Government
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize complex information
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, policy development processes, and government regulations
- Concise writing skills and experience in producing ministerial briefings
- Ability to work flexibly to tight and changing timeframe
- Ability to work autonomously to achieve outcomes

National Police Clearances and Working with Children Clearances are highly desirable to our clients, please ensure you specify if you hold any of these clearances.

**What you'll get in return**
