We are looking for a detail-oriented person to assist in operational tasks related to the planning of our menus.
Reporting to our Menu Planning Operations Manager, you will help bring our recipes to life in the kitchens of our home cooks

**What you'll do**:
- Support the Menu Planning team in their operational daily tasks
- Support the Menu Planning team in the long term planning of the menu
- Coordinate required changes to weekly menus in line with customer feedback and ingredient availability
- Ensure any menu change is communicated to the right stakeholders and actions are taken, costed in and recorded in the corresponding trackers
- Perform variety checks in our menus
- Work closely with the Procurement, Product and Culinary teams
- Undertake special projects to improve product performance and Menu Planning team workflow
- Ensure data consistency between our tools
- Track and report on ongoing menu related projects
- Track cost of the menu and being on top of cost control for the menu
**What you'll bring**:
- 1 - 2 years of relative experience
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- Good understanding of excel and google suites
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent deadlines which ensuring complete accuracy across all projects and tasks
- Fluent in Microsoft excel
- Highly organized with a supreme attention to detail; you'll triple confirm and cross check until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it's correct
- A self-starter and truly proactive problem solver, who works relentlessly to execute all steps needed until the problem is solved
- Motivated by being part of an extremely fast-paced business
