**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate repair and service works by managing material orders, scheduling technicians, and allocating resources to ensure timely execution.
- Plan and assign technicians to maintenance or project sites based on workload and priority.
- Ensure service and maintenance activities are completed within designated timeframes.
- Track ongoing activities, monitor progress, and escalate scheduling conflicts or resource gaps.
- Maintain strong communication between field staff, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Support adherence to safety procedures, compliance standards, and internal protocols.
- Collaborate with the coordination team to plan and optimize resource allocation across multiple job sites.
- Assist in maintaining accurate schedules, work orders, logs, and related project documentation.
- Organize team meetings, support agenda creation, and record key decisions and actions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in service coordination, production planning, manufacturing operations, or expediting roles is highly valued.
- Quick learner with the ability to use web-based service or production management tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Detail-oriented with a practical mindset and problem-solving capability.
- Able to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and office staff to support smooth operations.
