We are recruiting for an experienced management accountant with a strong commercial background to work with a large manufacturer within the Oil & Gas

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced management accountant/Finance Business Partner that loves digging deep into numbers and efficiencies and strategizing with the commercial team, executive team and management to ensure the business is running efficiently and data is readily available. This will also at times be an external facing role within the organisation.

Salary on offer $120,000 plus super

**About the position**
- You will be working in the commercial team reporting into the commercial manager in a team of 6
- This is not your standard accounting role, there’s no month end accruals/journals/accounts/Tax
- Monthly Revenue forecasting including at a client level, with this role specifically assigned to developing a three-year revenue forecast
- The key role of the position is pulling data, running reports and helping the business run more efficiently.
- Running reports such as revenue reports, Sale Force reports, Production hours reports, resource utilisation, forecasting out as far as 2-5 years.
- Data management within Excel
- Using excel in business analysis including complex formulas, pivot tables and through the data for trends

**About you**:

- You will have a strong background in management accountant and enjoy creating reports and strategizing to create business efficiency
- An ability to present information in a brief professional format to drive decision making
- CPA/CA Qualified
- Strong Excel background - Vlookups, Pivot tables & presentation skills
- Strong background in reporting and forecasts
- Experience in a CRM would be advantageous, but not necessity
- Experience in a project management tool would be advantageous but not necessity
