About The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Financial Analyst to join a respected not-for-profit organisation on an initial 2-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing key financial insights, creating budgets, conducting analysis to support strategic decision-making, and working across exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse financial data and deliver insightful reports to support organisational goals.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to aid financial planning.
Monitor and evaluate financial performance against objectives and KPIs.
Support month-end processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Develop and refine financial models to improve decision-making and resource allocation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

About You: To Excel In This Role, You Will Bring

Proven experience in financial analysis or a related role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for delivering value.
