I'm currently partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing business dedicated to service excellence within their field. They are activley seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Analyst to join their finance team on a full time / permanent basis.

**Position Overview**: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support the finance department in making informed decisions and driving financial performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Evaluate and recommend financial actions by assessing financial trends and results.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights into business performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CA, CFA, CPA or MBA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
