**About our Pipeline Renewals Team
**Our Pipeline Renewals team delivers end to end rehabilitation and replacement services across water, sewer and stormwater utility assets. With specialist experience in trenchless technology, pipe bursting, directional drilling and other leading technologies we have a highly experienced Renewals team who provide a strong technical solution to our clients.

**About the Opportunity**

**Based in Tullamarine.** This role offers the chance to coordinate traffic management requirements across multiple key contracts

Key responsibilities include liaising with site foremen and traffic controllers, organizing daily traffic rosters, conducting onsite audits, and maintaining traffic run sheets. You will manage Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), and ensure necessary permits are applied for. Additionally, you will handle traffic invoices, notify Public Transport Victoria (PTV) and bus and tram companies of upcoming works, raise purchase orders, and monitor traffic management resources. This role will also support Project Managers in aligning traffic costs with estimates and conducting periodic audits as part of this opportunity.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Demonstrated expertise and credentials in traffic management and planning are essential.
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive traffic management plans and collaborate effectively with traffic management companies to ensure all requirements are met.
- A pragmatic understanding of which tasks can be managed internally versus those that require third-party outsourcing.
- Skilled in contributing to new tenders, specifically in addressing and validating traffic management requirements.
- Ability to articulate traffic management risks and adjust risk profiles based on changes in the number of traffic management resources.
- Capable of visiting job sites and conducting site audits to ensure our management plans are followed.
- Exceptional skills in customer service, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
