**Job Overview**:
As a Security Guard & Executive Driver, you will be responsible for safeguarding the CEO, ensuring a high level of security at all times, and providing reliable driving services. You will play a key role in maintaining the safety of the CEO and accompanying executives during travel, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of daily security operations. The role demands a disciplined and discreet individual with excellent driving skills, a keen sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle sensitive situations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Security Guard Duties**:

- Provide proactive security and protection for the CEO and senior executives.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises, including monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular security checks.
- Assist in controlling access to the facility, verifying identification, and ensuring the security of sensitive areas.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or security teams as required.
- Patrol the facility regularly to deter unauthorized individuals and identify potential security threats.
- Report and document incidents, suspicious activities, and any breaches in security protocols.
- Provide assistance with crowd control and facilitate smooth and secure entry/exit of personnel.

**Executive Driver Duties**:

- Safely transport the CEO and other executives to and from meetings, events, and destinations as required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality during interactions with executives.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, ensuring timely arrivals at all destinations.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary items such as water, snacks, and emergency supplies.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures while driving.
- Be available for travel outside of regular working hours when needed.
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor while handling stressful driving situations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a security guard, personal driver, or in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a defensive driving certification (preferred).
- Prior experience driving executives, VIPs, or high-level professionals.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, routes, and safety protocols.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Good physical fitness to manage security duties and emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with basic security equipment and protocols is a plus.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
