footinjuryclinic is a well-established podiatry clinic with locations in Bondi Junction, Barangaroo, and St Ives. We pride ourselves on the warm and friendly environment we provide to our patients and staff. Our dedicated team of podiatrists offer state of the art treatment options to our patients and are constantly looking ahead in the field of podiatry.

We are looking for a Part-time practice manager (approximately 26hrs per week, but can be flexible) to manage the day-to-day running of the three practice locations, with a focus on marketing and social media planning/implementation. This role is based in Bondi Juction.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative
- Ensuring the smooth operations of the practice through supporting and managing the team.
- Provide a high quality customer service experience.
- Time on reception (1 day per week/whenever receptionist requires support).
- Day to day administration practice operations including receiving and making calls, patient booking and billing, scanning and filling, accounts (payable/receivable), data entry, etc.
- Maintaining practitioner licensing, insurances, professional memberships, and ensuring relevant qualifications are updated, and agreements are current.
- Ordering and stock take of medical supplies and consumables.

Social Media and Marketing
- Actively support existing relationships and marketing efforts through liaising with marketing and SEO services.
- Basic graphic design for marketing material using Canva, including but not limited to social media, e-newsletters, promotional materials.
- Planning and scheduling appropriate content with support from marketing and SEO services.
- Social media platform and marketing engagement with support from marketing and SEO services.

ABOUT YOU
- Excellent organisation, communication and teamwork skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively identify areas for innovation and change, and implement policies, procedures and systems improvements.
- Skills and experience in managing/manning a reception desk.
- Moderate proficiency in systems, with the ability to learn new programs (i.e. Pracsuite, Cliniko).
- Previous experience managing the operations of an Allied health practice (or similar) and ensuring a high-quality patient experience preferable.
- Eye for graphic design, ability to design content through programs like Canva.
- Sound knowledge of technology and the ability to problem-solve I.T. issues.
