**The Opportunity**
You are an experienced Practice Coordinator/Receptionist looking for that ideal secure role working for a specialist surgery practice with a strong focus on patient care and service.
- Plastic Surgery practice **Mosman and Bondi Junction**
- Work **3 - 3.5 days per week**
**The Practice**
Our practice is a renowned, highly sought after plastic surgery practice with rooms in both Mosman and Bondi Junction. The practice consists of a Principal surgeon, Associate surgeon, administration and clinical staff. The practice encompasses services in breast and body surgery, skin cancer treatment and paediatric surgery.
**The medical software used is Genie and it is a paperless environment.**

**The Role**
No two days are the same, Your role is diverse from co-ordinating clinics, to being involved in administration, liaising extensively with patients, organising detailed procedures and tests.
With Rooms in Both Mosman and Bondi you will need to be willing to work in either location however these maybe the opportunity to be based primarily at one location and the hours are 9am to 5pm. Salary is negotiable depending upon previous work history, skills and knowledge.
**The duties and responsibilities are:
- **
- You are the first point of contact/impression of the business so you will provide an outstanding level of customer service on the telephone and in meeting and greeting customers
- Efficient management of all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence and accounts
- Scheduling and effective management of patient bookings in Genie software
- Co-ordinating scans, tests and other medical reports as required during a patient's treatment
- Liaising with other specialists and healthcare professionals
- Provide information to patients on practice services and fees
- Management of patient invoicing and receipting of consultations (Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation) as well as invoicing of surgical procedures
- Completion of end of day reconciliations (eftpos, credit card and cash)
- Other admin duties as directed by the Principal
**Your Skills & Knowledge**
- Previous experience as a Medical Secretary/Receptionist in a specialist environment. Previous practice management experience will also be an advantage
- **Previous experience working with Genie software**
- Experience in working in a busy practice environment and able to multi-task answering phones and making patient appointments
- You are passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service
- A high standard of work ethic - self-motivated, pro-active, takes pride in work
- A brilliant administrator with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to work well independently, but also as part of a team
- A high level of numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Enjoy being part of a professional, happy and dynamic team
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
