**Job Opportunity: Head of Food and Beverage**

**500+ Rooms - 7 F&B Outlets including Exhibition Centre**

We are seeking an experienced Head of Food and Beverage for an immediate start at a leading hotel with over 500 rooms, 7 F&B outlets, and a state-of-the-art exhibition centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead the F&B operations of a large-scale property.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all F&B operations, ensuring service excellence across multiple outlets, including fine dining, casual dining, and large-scale events.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team to maintain high standards in all areas.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during major events and conferences.

**Requirements**:

- **International F&B experience is essential, with a proven track record in managing large hotel properties.**:

- **African experience is highly regarded.**:

- **Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.**
