We have an amazing opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team here at the Darling Harbour Attractions: SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.

**About The Role**

Working closely with the Head of Commercial for Sydney, you will oversee all Food and Beverage outlets within SEA LIFE Sydney and WILDLIFE Sydney Zoo. This role is focused on delivering an incredible guest experience and high-quality product with food safety as the main order of business.

The success of this role is measured by receiving excellent results in regular internal and external food safety audits, hitting financial KPIs, guest satisfaction and staff engagement targets. This role holds responsibility for all facets of the daily operations of the food and beverage department, focusing on motivating and driving staff to deliver excellent customer service during every interaction.

This role will also assist the Darling Harbour operational teams who ensure the best experience for our guests from the beginning to the end of their journey.

Please note the work week for this role is 4 weekdays and at least 1 weekend day.

***To excel in this role, you will be able to adopt a strategic focus to continually improve and develop the department whether through food quality and safety, cost control, customer satisfaction or mystery shops.
