OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide compliance support to ensure the business unit remains compliant with all state & federal regulations across all x3 Palletised Express VIC sites, eliminating all business risk and fleet non-compliance.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and manage all PUD compliance information, processes, policies & data entry across x3 PE Vic sites.
- Provide accurate compliance updates to management & key stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular internal audits of drivers, subcontractors & fleet teams to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions as required. - Ensure all local PUD vehicles & trailing equipment are booked in for service and repairs as per service schedule or as required.
- Monitor daily compliance of driver fatigue systems including entries into log checker system to ensure all drivers remain compliant regarding driver work and rest time.
- Provide training support to drivers, subcontractors & teams for all TED & pallet requirements.
- Complete weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual compliance risk & auditing reviews for all the x3 PE Vic sites.
- Work to strict deadlines and multi-tasking.
- Provide additional administration support where required to support both pallet and fleet teams.
- Educate internal teams, drivers & customers on correct compliance processes to eliminate non-compliance.
- Full compliance with ALL TGE, WH&S and Risk policies including appropriate workplace behaviour.

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
- Experience in road transport compliance highly regarded.
- Knowledge of all state & federal NHVL legislation
- Extensive transport knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and investigate areas of non-compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide advice & guidance on transport compliance issues to internal & external stakeholders.
- Ability to meet administrative timelines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective time management and self-discipline.
- Ability to identify and implement continuous improvements for both fleet & compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing & delivering training programs.
