**Job Description**:
**About the Role**

As part of our Palletised department, you will coordinate and manage maintenance functions across the facility, ensuring compliance with relevant business policies and processes. Respond to site plant and equipment breakdown situations with urgency and follow through to swift resolution.

You will be the point of contact for all scheduled maintenance of all equipment and vehicles on site as well as organising urgent emergency breakdowns.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all facility plant, equipment and property complies with relevant legislative and company requirements
- Ensure that the maintenance schedule is adhered to and updated
- Swiftly and efficiently resolve ad-hoc facility maintenance issues
- Establish and develop professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Contact point for all trade contractors visiting site
- Complete safety inductions and appropriate work permits
- Attend monthly HSE and Consultative meetings and complete associated corrective actions
- Record all safety related transactions in TRAC (Toll PE safety system)

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated facility site maintenance compliance experience
- Intermediate level of MS Office suite
