How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

As our new Executive Assistant supporting our Managing Director, Water for Australia and New Zealand, you’ll be a vital part of the team who are helping the water industry meet the sustainable challenge of water infrastructure management. You will have regular catchups with your MD and other leaders whilst working in an unparalleled friendly team environment.

Your role will include:

- Developing and formatting documents, presentations and updating SharePoint
- Financial reporting, management & coordination to MD and other leaders
- Travel coordination as required as well as creating detailed travel enquiries
- Social platform management including connecting virtual teams
- Managing the water newsletter and supporting the marketing team with comms for clients

As well as experience in a similar Executive Assistant role. Specifically:

- Experience in providing high level executive support within a corporate environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and use your initiative
- Outstanding level of attention to detail with strong diary and time management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Event planning/project management experience
