**Café Manager**

DIMATTINA COFFEE W.A. PTY LTD is looking for a full time Cafe Manager (at least 38 hours per week), to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

The role is varied and includes the following duties and responsibilities:

- Managing all operations of the restaurant referring to the owner;
- Organizing the menus in collaboration with the chefs;
- Maintaining records of stocks and goods, organizing orders with suppliers based on seasonality and availabilities;
- Ensuring the correct management of the budget and report to the owner;
- Monitoring actions of staff and customers at all times;
- Recruiting, hiring, training and managing staff;
- Ensuring that all staff follow the policies and procedures and hygiene standards at all times in all venue;
**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the role,
- Exceptional customer service,
- Management skills

**Position**:Permanent, full-time

**Location**:Osborne Park, WA 6018

**Salary**:$ 70,000 - 90,000 per year based on skills and experience
