Leading the front of house team on shift and undertaking front of house duties as required.
- Managing front of house staff and training new staff.
- Ensuring front of house staff policies adhered to including the cleaning and ordering schedule.
- Responsible for the day to day operational and administrative duties such as ordering stock, opening and closing procedures

**Experience and skills**
- Barista skills
- Reliable, self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Available to work weekdays with some weekend availability.
- Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- High attention to detail and strong leadership skills
- Ability to delegate and lead by example.
- Amazing customer service skills, cash handling and food preparation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Cafe Manager: 2 years (preferred)
