**About Us**: Koffy Gladstone Park is a beloved local café known for our top-quality coffee, tasty menu, and warm, welcoming environment. We believe in creating an experience that makes our guests feel right at home, and we need a passionate Cafe Supervisor to help us maintain and elevate that experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of quality.
- Lead, motivate, and support the café team to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that food and drink orders are prepared and served promptly and to the highest standard.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist in training and developing new staff, ensuring adherence to café policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a café or restaurant supervisory role, or similar leadership experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- A passion for coffee, food, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while staying calm and organized.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
