Supervisor required for trendy Café situated in Blaxland Riverside Park, Newington. Which runs along the Parramatta River. Offering work within a great fun family friendly work environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to manage our cafe & kiosk outlets. This is a full time role with 35-38 hours per week (Can be adjusted to part time if better suited). You must be available to work on both weekend days. Day time work only, cafe is open Wednesday-Friday 9am-2pm & Saturday/Sunday 8am-3pm. The successful applicant will be offered a full time or part time contract.

Skills and experience
- 1+ year's experience in a similar role - Cafe/Barista experience highly regarded.
- Reliable, honest and punctual
- Well groomed and possesses good spoken and written English language skills
- Food preparation and ordering skills
- The ability to work well unsupervised as well as manage the team.
- Ability to take direction.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Customer service and attentiveness is essential
- Must have own reliable transport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock ordering, rotation and control
- Staff training
- Cash and EFTPOS handling
- Food and beverage preparation.
- Maintain food handling and safety standard at all time.
- Ability to supervise and manage other staff

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Full-time
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 - $38.00 per hour
