We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Office Manager** to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This is a full-time position based at our Shailer Park location.

**Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Oversee administrative staff and coordinate office activities.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication with clients and suppliers.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office administration or management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
