Support & Care Partners is currently experiencing some exciting changes and growth.

As such we are currently looking for an experienced and highly engaged Quality and Assurance Manager to implement and meet internal and external WHS, quality, risk and NDIS quality and safeguard commission compliance standards. This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity working with the management team. You will plan, conduct and report on internal audits, lead preparation for our NDIS audit/s, assist with some NDIS reporting functions, respond to audit results and reporting requirements, improve quality, risk and compliance outcomes, and oversight WHS systems and processes across Abstract Supports various sites.

Your key responsibilities in the role are to:

- Support continuous improvement by the development, review and updating of a Quality Improvement Plan for each service area.
- Develops service related quality assurance plans by conducting incident and hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures;
- Maintain and improve service quality by completing system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop corrective actions and improve training methods.
- Respond to alleged violations of regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
- Manage the organisational Conflict of Interest Register. Review and report to senior management all Conflict of Interest compliance issues and concerns and how these are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
- Work with the relevant personnel to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees team leaders and managers.
- Ensure Abstract Supports remains compliant with legislation and the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission framework
- Manage the day-to-day duties of Risk management systems and processes including risk assessments, support employees and managers to implement control mitigations, and data and trend analysis and making appropriate recommendations
- Assist with various reporting and control functions related to NDIS reportable incidents and positive behaviour support plan authorisations
- Be the first point of contact for any WHS incidents and manage any investigations and potential claims
- Implement safety management systems through developing policies, procedures and documents as required.

Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
