**About Us**: Simply Helping Liverpool is a leading provider of in-home care services, supporting the aged and people with disabilities. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality care while maintaining compliance with the NDIS standards and other relevant regulations. We are seeking an experienced and motivated NDIS Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team.

**This role is Part time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage NDIS compliance across all service areas, ensuring adherence to the NDIS Practice Standards and other relevant legislation.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks and policies.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on NDIS compliance requirements.
- Prepare for and manage external audits and reviews, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as the primary contact for NDIS-related matters, including managing inquiries and resolving compliance issues.
- Liaise with the NDIS Commission and other regulatory bodies as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in NDIS compliance, quality assurance, or a similar role within the disability or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, and other relevant legislation.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, risk management, and policy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support staff.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
