About the role

This is a full-time position working in our brand-new Head Office space in Brookvale. The administrative assistant role is an integral part of One Agency’s close-knit head-office team. Whilst you will be providing support across a variety of tasks related to assisting new and existing members throughout their initial sign-up stage and on-going success, there’s also a variety of other ad-hoc activities to keep you busy.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Responsible for supporting the Member Services Manager across a variety of tasks, including ensuring all new and existing member processes are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Be confident working with appropriate software &systems
- Create and maintain Member files and invoices
- Manage the merchandise and inventory of our online store
- Provide support to assist with marketing activities
- Co-ordinate our annual Awards to meet the high standards of One Agency

Essential and Desirable Skills

**Experience**
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry is essential
- Substantial experience with the MircoSoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and use other industry related software
- Experience with Salesforce, Active Campaign, Big Commerce, Xero, WordPress (Ideal, but not essential)

**Personal qualities & behavioural traits**
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive time management and organisational skills
- Strong problem solving and innovation skills
- Ability to work in a flexible, multi-tasking environment
