Brookvale, Australia Aquify Pools Full time

Main duties:
**Telemarketing**
- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerised directory
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential clients’ questions about pools, pool equipment and and pool building process itself
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our sales consultants’ s schedules
- Generate between 5 and 15 appointments per day )
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff

**Reception**
- Answering all in-coming phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls if necessary
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
- Maintain the reception area clean and organised
- Other tasks as assigned

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
