**What we’re looking for**

We are currently on the hunt for a master multitasker with a real flair for organisation. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional, ready to make their mark working with an iconic family-owned Australian brand.

**Your new role**

Working with a social and supportive team, you will provide administrative assistance to support one of our Executives in his day-to-day office operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Actively managing general administration tasks as assigned by the Executive and assisting with ad-hoc jobs as required.
- Managing and maintaining the Executives calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Managing inventory, including stock control as well as managing manufacturer relationships and communications.
- Acting as a liaison between the Executive and Senior Management, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handling sensitive information.

**A bit about you**
- You’re a competent professional with 1+ years work experience under your belt - having previously worked within a similar administrative support role would be a bonus.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Client focused and a real team player, you’re committed to delivering exceptional customer service and positive business outcomes.
- You have a good aptitude for technology and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You’re excellent at managing your own time and schedule; you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
- You have strong attention to detail, you’re not afraid of paperwork, and you certainly don’t like to put things off until later.
- You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
