**About the role**

The Client Connections Officer (CCO) is responsible for delivering positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external clients, facilitate the client and workforce journey and focus on maintaining and growing 3Bridges services. Client Connections Office, sits within the Strategic Communications & Connections function.
- Provide high-level administration support, including diary management and office management including but not limited to:

- Receive, distribute and organise all incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor and maintain registers for nominated Administration areas, e.g. stamps, mail
- Order stationery stocks, consumables and organisation resources as required
- Monitor Certificate of Currency register and request updates as required
- Undertake necessary administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of all staff and client interactions
- Manage business enquiries and triage, through appropriate platforms, ensuring enquiries are responded to in a professional and timely manner.
- Asset/Room booking management
- Management of relationships with internal and external clients that ensures individual service delivery outcomes.
- Identify new referrals opportunities while connecting with clients and staff, respond to enquiries accurately and in a timely manner, utilising internal systems to support the flow of information.
- Advocate for the organisation, offering key service information to clients and team members.
- Be aware of occupational health and safety and requirements, and be actively involved in identifying areas of concern and developing and implementing safe work practices
- Ensure any challenges and issues are resolved efficiently or handed over to appropriate person for evaluation.
- Coordinate logistics, securing permits, booking vendors, arranging transportation, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with legal, risk and safety requirements.
- Manage on-site activities, overseeing setup and pack down of the activation, managing staff or volunteers, engaging with customers, collecting data and feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated capacity to identify service gaps
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all clients, internal and external
- Strong understanding of the needs of older people, people with disabilities and mental health issues
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyse and challenge conventional practice and ideas
