Physio Admin Wanted

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and motivated Administrative Officer to join our experienced team You will be reporting directly to the Office Manager and Principal Physiotherapist. The position is based and you will work. **Immediate start required.**

**What the job entails**:

- Scheduling and managing client appointments and practitioner diaries through the use of practice management software
- Preparing, processing billings and payments through HICAPS, EFTPOS, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and CTP
- Client data entry and filing management
- Ensuring maintenance of the clinic - Cleaning, laundry, inventory management
- Formatting letters and treatment plans forms addressed towards doctors, insurers, and third party referrers

**What we look for in you**:

- Previous experience as an allied health/medical admin is advantageous but not essential
- Experience with Cliniko is desired but not essential
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of prioritising and multi-tasking + problem solving
- Both a team player + independent and reliable
- Technology literate - Capable of using Microsoft Office/Google Drive
- Knowledge of the Medicare and DVA Benefits Schedule, Private Health, WorkCover, and Compulsory Third Party systems is desired but not essential
