**About the role**

The RTO Administration Officer holds a key role in assisting the Administration team with administrative operations for our learning program. This integral role provides a high standard of administrative support to the Training team. The role involves having a strong focus on quality learning outcomes and compliance in line with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and 3Bridges core values and strategic objectives.

This is role fixed term for a duration of 12 months.
- General RTO administration duties as required, such as data entry of attendance and outcomes, student mailouts and processing, maintaining student records
- Enrolment of new students and registrations - conduct learner assessments and one on one interviews
- Answer incoming calls (shared) and announce/transfer to relevant staff member.
- Coordinating with staff on training requirements
- Answer general enquiries about training courses & workshops
- Register participants for meetings/events/excursions and conduct reminder calls to confirm participation
- Ensure hand-outs/resources are available for training including:

- Photocopying, laminating and binding of resources
- Preparation of certificates of attendance for participants
- Attendee name tags and registration sheets
- Attend meetings/events as required (i.e. staff meetings, planning days, etc)

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and complex environment with a sound understanding of Training and Assessment requirements.
- Experience with Axcelerate LMS, Wisenet or Catapult
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the VET Quality Framework.
- Demonstrated organisational, project management and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain composure, balance workload and conflicting priorities and effectively handle difficult situations.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, alliances and networks within the organisation and community and other relevant stakeholders.
- Desirable Certificate IV or higher Business qualifications, currency in accordance to industry experience.
