**About the role**

The Client Connections Officer (Communications) is responsible for delivering positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external clients, facilitate the client and workforce journey through enhancing the 3Bridges brand and reputation by developing and communicating content across multiple mediums and focus on maintaining and growing 3Bridges services. Client Connections Office sits within the Social Impact and Engagement function.
- Management of relationships with internal and external clients that ensures individual service delivery outcomes.
- Identify new referrals opportunities while connecting with clients and staff, respond to enquiries accurately and in a timely manner, utilising internal systems to support the flow of information.
- Advocate for the organisation, offering key service information to clients and team members.
- Coordinate logistics, securing permits, booking vendors, arranging transportation, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with legal, risk and safety requirements.
- Manage on-site activities, overseeing setup and pack down of the activation, managing staff or volunteers, engaging with customers, collecting data and feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Conducting market research to gather information on consumer preferences and trends.
- Coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful execution of promotional activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective promotional strategy.
- Provide support to advertising and marketing activities including quotes for publications, booking advertisements, basic layout ad designs and installation of marketing material
- Support the design and delivery of internal and external communications including newsletters, social media content and publications in collaboration with the Client Connections Office Team Lead.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Experience working in customer service, communications, and/or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated capacity to identify service gaps
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all clients, internal and external
- Strong understanding of the needs of older people, people with disabilities and mental health issues
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyse and challenge conventional practice and ideas
