**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Assistant Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the site team in forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience on-site. By supporting the delivery of a comprehensive and consistent range of services on-site with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety and compliance, you are playing a part in creating an interesting and impactful client engagement strategy.
**An Overview of the role**:
Support the development of an active and visible Workplace Team that is proactive, responsive, dynamic, engaging and agile
Ensure implementation of a preventative maintenance programme to minimise maintenance, repair and placement costs together with minimising the risk of equipment failure
Ensure all technology platforms are working as per the intended purpose. Carry out analytics to ensure timely, proactive response
Liaison with landlord and external agencies as part of operations and contractual services
Delivery of the Human Experience Roadmap at the site and ensure the delivery of operational requirements to uplift workplace experience
Create a fun and impactful client engagement strategy
Engage all guests, employees and key stakeholders
Implement internal communication strategies in collaboration with account and client leadership with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement
**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Bachelors or equivalent experience in related field, work experience of 3-5 years which should be related to Workplace or Facilities Management delivery
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to build productive business relationships and promote the business
Project management capabilities
Comprehension of M&E services however technical qualifications/background is not mandatory
Globally recognized certifications in Facility Management, PMP, Health and Safety or Human Experience would be highly regarded
Customer focused with stakeholder engagement experience
Confident, friendly and engaging
Creative thinking and open-minded
