An exciting opportunity has come up for a **Delivery and Analytics Performance Lead **to join the KBR team in Adelaide.

This role will be embedded with one of our major clients, **SA Water**. Working together with SA Water, our collective goal is to deliver an efficient capital program and infrastructure regulatory business period, safely, on time, within budget and to customer and community expectations. To do this we are working with SA Water and changing by adapting a better, more sophisticated approach to how we plan, manage, and deliver the new program.

As a **Delivery and Analytics Performance Lead**, you will be responsible for managing the performance of the Capital Delivery Program. You will work closely with the Alliance Manager, the Alliance Management Team (AMT) and project managers to ensure that the program meets the established goals and objectives and operate efficiently and effectively.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will be accountable for the achievement of progress against planned program milestones and investment to ensure that the five portfolio teams meet their delivery commitments across 900 active projects valued at $1B.

You will drive the performance of the program key performance indicators (KPIs), including the development of a KPI management plan and ensure that progress is being made throughout the year.

**In this role you will**
- Work with Alliance Manager, the AMT and project managers to develop program forecasts
- Monitor program spending and ensure that budgets are being achieved
- Identify areas for program improvement and work with Portfolio Managers, the Program Director, and Senior Managers for Capital Delivery to develop and implement improvement plans
- Track and report on the program progress to the Program Director
- Develop response plans to mitigate any issues that are identified or occur
- Work with the Portfolio Managers to understand and identify program delivery risks resulting from the interpretation of the program delivery data, and assist the portfolio managers in developing risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with program partners, stakeholders, and other external entities
- Develop and agree the annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with internal stakeholders and manage the progress of the KPI outcomes to ensure these are on track

**As the ideal applicant, you will have**
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, public administration, or program management)
- Significant and demonstrated experience in program management, with a focus on programs and performance evaluation
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and partners from different organizations
- Strong analytical skills and significant experience interpreting data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Strong project management skills and experience managing budgets and allocating resources
- Experience with risk management and developing risk mitigation strategies
