**About the opportunity**:
The Product Owner - Taxation Data Analytics (TDA) is responsible for planning and implementing the vision, roadmap and identifying growth opportunities to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of RevenueSA’s taxation management data analytics platform.

The Product Owner - TDA will work closely with the Architect and other Product Owners within RevenueSA and lead delivery teams to ensure appropriate prioritisation across integrated systems, work with stakeholders to identify needs and understand business value and work with cross-functional teams ensuring successful delivery.

The Product Owner - TDA will oversee feature requests, schedule releases in collaboration with the IT Centre, and coordinate delivery of any enhancements to the business technology within the portfolio.

**About you**

You must have experience in creating and maintaining high performance within technology teams, knowledge, and delivery experience to manage across project life cycle from initial needs analysis, scoping, implementation, costing/budgeting, resourcing, planning, closure, evaluation, change management and project management.

You will also need experience in managing technical delivery of medium to high scale and complexity categories across multiple technology systems leveraging, technical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

To be successful you will have:

- Proven experience in driving the prioritisation and performance of technical IT delivery teams in complex projects.
- Proven strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues related to database performance, structure, and security.
- Proven ability to carefully monitor and manage data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency within databases.
- Knowledge of database optimization techniques, including indexing, query optimization, and system resource management.
- Skills in database design, normalization, and creating efficient schema structures for data storage and retrieval.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain concepts, critical issues, and proposed projects to a wide range of audiences.
