**Principal Workforce Data and Analytics Officer - ASO7**
The Principal Workforce Data and Analytics Officer is accountable for leading effective and efficient Workforce data management processes, and extracting and analysing data from multiple information systems and compiling this data to provide reports, dashboards and business support information to CALHN executive and Business Units.

This role will:

- Provide expert advice on technical aspects of CALHN workforce data management
- Support the development and implementation of dashboards that lead to operational effectiveness including the investigation and implementation of new systems and processes that will support data collection and reporting functionality.
- Initiative as well as excellent problem solving skills and technical ability to meet deadlines to ensure the ongoing capacity to access relevant, timely and accurate workforce data which supports high level decision making processes across CALHN.

**Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics - ASO8**
The Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics will lead works with key stakeholders to establish Strategic and Operational Workforce Plans and leads the analysis of workforce data to develop dashboards and reports to assess workforce performance against CALHN's strategic priorities.

This role will:

- Work with key stakeholders to establish Strategic and Operational Workforce Plans
- Manage the delivery of workforce reporting and workforce planning services for the organisation.
- Provide leadership and management to the workforce reporting and workforce planning teams
- Lead the analysis of workforce data to develop dashboards and reports to assess workforce performance against strategic priorities.
- Lead the development, implementation and facilitation of strategic, operational and workforce planning, analysis and monitoring frameworks
