**About the team**:
Coles Express makes people’s lives easier. Whether our customers are filling up with fuel, grabbing a snack-to-go or dropping by for essentials, our team is there when and where Aussies need us.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be empowered to develop and execute customer facing campaigns and manage the monthly marketing activity and promotional program. You’ll maintain the customer calendar on behalf of the marketing team and ensure timelines and processes are met for production requirements.

**You’ll also**:

- Plan and implement customer facing initiatives
- Act as the Marketing Representative on Strategic Initiatives or Projects
- Work with Merchandise, Central Operations & Trade Planning to execute end to end campaigns, that meet business objectives
- Work with agencies to deliver integrated campaigns across a number of ATL and BTL channels
- Work with Compliance and others to ensure all activities meet requirements
- Act as a brand guardian in execution of all marketing activity

**About you and your skills**:
You hold 5 years of FMCG, QSR/Retail marketing experience and thrive working in a fast-paced environment; on multiple projects and with many stakeholders. An excellent communicator, you negotiate and influence with ease.

***You’ll also have**:

- Proven experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Strong financial and budget management skills
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Excellent project management, time planning, and organisational skills
- High work capacity and prioritisation skills.
