Sustainability Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**: Collect, analyse, and report on sustainability data to track progress against goals and targets.
- ** Project Coordination**: Assist in executing sustainability initiatives and manage specific projects to ensure they are completed on time.
- ** Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure adherence to relevant sustainability standards and regulations, identify potential risks, and support risk management strategies.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance and expand sustainability efforts.
- ** Sustainability Communication**: Develop detailed reports, presentations, and communications to effectively convey sustainability achievements and initiatives to diverse audiences.
**Skills Required**:
- ** Experience**: at least 3-4 years in a sustainability-related role.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
- ** Knowledge**: Familiarity with relevant sustainability standards and frameworks (AASB/ISSB, GRI, SBTi, UN SDGs, CDP, etc.)
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to work with large datasets, interpret data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- ** Technical Skills**: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel: experience with ESG platforms is a plus.
- ** Carbon Accounting**: Experience preferred.
- ** Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ** Passion**: Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
