**Key responsibilities**
- ensuring the achievement of counter sales targets in line with business objectives and KPIs.
- Role model an authentic client experience that motivates your team to actively pursue sales targets.
- Analyse and understand current market trends and identify new opportunities within the current market.
- setting and driving individual and team objectives.
- maintaining operational excellence on counter (including planning shifts, sales analysis and reporting, stock management and ordering, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and utilizing digital tools to maximize business and team performance).

**About you**:

- At least 2 year's experience as a retail manager preferably in a luxury / premium retail environment.
- Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and experience in POS systems.
