**About Us**
Monsterball Amusement & Hire is the leading inflatable amusements provider in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. We organize events across Perth Metro, regional WA, and manage our NT branch.
Our inventory includes a wide variety of inflatables such as obstacle courses, water slides, climbing walls, bucking bulls, and bouncy castles, all designed to bring fun and excitement to our customers’ events. We also manage a dedicated team who attends these events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

**About the Role**
Based in our Fremantle office, the Office Manager will oversee and manage the office teams (WA & NT), ensuring all events are executed seamlessly and to the highest customer satisfaction standards. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating staff, logistics, and customer interactions to make every event a success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards.
- Allocating human resources, space, and equipment.
- Assigning work to and monitoring the performance of staff.
- Managing records and accounts of the office.
- Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and facilitate problem resolution.
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.
