Role Summary:
The presales lead utilizes their clinical knowledge and product expertise to serve as a customer advocate and deliver strategic and transformative solutions in conjunction with the Dedalus sales organisation. The presales lead is an expert at evaluating the customer's current workflow and state of their healthcare systems to determine the appropriate solution to maximize efficiencies and return on investment for the customer.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in the clinical healthcare industry with focus on understanding the requirements for inpatient and Outpatient settings at a Primary and Secondary Care, understanding of PAS and EMR systems and Scheduling/ Care logistics with inside and outside the walls of a hospital.
. The Presales lead will be responsible for leading the market entry requirements, sales enablement support to drive growth within the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnering with the Sales leaders in driving overall business and product deal support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to exploit Healthcare’s current assets and market penetration to create incremental solutions and revenue opportunities in partnership with the sales lead.
- Work with sales team to provide information on customers needing to be targeted or customers that could really benefit from our software.
- Working with the customer to understand pain points, workflows and deliver quality solutions for them
- Lead product/workflow demonstrations and evaluation with key decision makers with an emphasis on solutions.
- Perform product configurations for demonstrations only
- Interlock with Dedalus global organisation to ensure IS&S Healthcare assets/ Roadmaps are adaptable in ANZ markets.
- Educate customers on benefits of new software releases, features, and benefits to optimise their utilisation of products
- Partner with sellers to identify opportunities by providing insights into possible leads resulting from working with third-party vendors, trade shows, local conferences, and other industry events.
- Collaborate with relevant leaders to develop by hospital, an install base and workflow analysis to establish competitive positioning and understand upcoming opportunities
- Professionally guides the customer's decision-making process by providing an optimised solution to meet customer KPIs

Key Skills & Experience:
Soft Skills:

- Highly developed experience and skills in presentation delivery and public communication
- Experience or ability to be able to engage multiple layers including Sales Teams, Solution Teams, Technical Design teams, Internal Management/Snr leadership as well as the customer.
- A self-starter who can manage their own time effectively, with the tenacity and hunger to really be the glue between Sales and Solutions Delivery.
- Very strong attention to detail and ability to influence engage and deliver under pressure.
- Strong client focus - ability to build rapport with internal staff and external clients for optimal teamwork in support of the best cross domain solutions

Healthcare Skills:

- A degree or equivalent qualification in Health, Medications, Pharmacy, Nursing and/or an Information Systems Domain is highly desirable
- At least 3+ years’ experience in Hospital or Health software setting in both Private and Public Organisations.
- Experience with EMR including PAS and scheduling solutions
- High-level of knowledge with Health industry Skills in business analysis, and requirement definition
- Understanding of Hospital Information Systems and processes/ workflow an advantage
