We're looking for a proven BDM with both the engineering credibility and SaaS sales discipline to engage executives, challenge their thinking, and package software, services, and training into complete, high-value outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Hunting down new business and opening doors with C-level executives and engineering leaders
  • Driving complex CAD / SaaS sales cycles end-to-end
  • Running 6+ quality customer meetings every week
  • Building, qualifying, and closing a strong pipeline (3.5x coverage expected)
  • Delivering accurate forecasts and smashing revenue targets

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience in CAD / SaaS / Professional Services sales
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in BDM or enterprise sales roles
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CAD, design, PLM, or ERP solutions a major advantage
  • A true self-starter: driven, disciplined, and accountable
