
Business Development Manager – CAD Solutions

We're looking for a proven BDM with both the engineering credibility and SaaS sales discipline to engage executives, challenge their thinking, and package software, services, and training into complete, high-value outcomes.

What you'll be doing
- Hunting down new business and opening doors with C-level executives and engineering leaders
- Driving complex CAD / SaaS sales cycles end-to-end
- Running 6+ quality customer meetings every week
- Building, qualifying, and closing a strong pipeline (3.5x coverage expected)
- Delivering accurate forecasts and smashing revenue targets
What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in CAD / SaaS / Professional Services sales
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in BDM or enterprise sales roles
- Strong grasp of sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc.)
- Knowledge of CAD, design, PLM, or ERP solutions a major advantage
- A true self-starter: driven, disciplined, and accountable
