**Your new role**
The objective of the role of Head of Engagement & Retention Marketing is to manage a best-in-class engagement & retention marketing programme across B2B and B2C audiences, optimising the customer lifecycle to grow business within our existing customer base and support the acquisition of new leads. You will maximise customer lifetime value with a direct and measurable impact on revenue, improve retention rates and drive an enhanced customer experience.

**etention**- Lead and support the CRM team to deliver a roadmap of marketing automation use cases and campaigns based on value to effort prioritisation to positively drive engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.-
- Collaborate with local and global marketing teams to set strategies and enhance customer value propositions/content ideas/formats/platforms that will be most effective in supporting B2B and B2C marketing engagement objectives including delivering more personalised and account-based marketing-

**to improve the customer experience**- Ensure a coordinated, tailored and consistent customer experience when it comes to engaging and communicating with key segments of our customer base-
- Refine and evolve our segmentation framework, and identify opportunities to drive deeper personalisation and increased engagement rates
- Drive continuous improvement around how data is captured, enriched and stored to help facilitate enhanced customer engagements and deeper insights
- Be the local marketing lead on the Voice of Customer programme and other customer experience focused research, including overseeing the successful delivery through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and leveraging insights to better understand customer needs and tailor relevant customer engagement initiatives**Develop and**

- Engage with sales and ops leads to understand their objectives, design fit for purpose sales support material and drive, educate and embed usage across the ANZ business-
- Lead the development and management of a sophisticated suite of sales enablement assets that empower sales and ops teams to communicate and deliver a consistent customer value proposition at all stages of the sales and account management cycle**What you need to do now**
