**Location: Melbourne**:
We are located in a new office centrally located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Our office is fun, vibrant and collaborative It is immersed in Japanese culture providing modern facilities, gaming machines, massage chair, free drinks and snacks and areas to relax or collaborate with your team.

This is a 1 year Fixed Term position with the opportunity to become permanent. This role requires you to be in office Monday through Friday.

**About You**:

- Experience in facilities and workplace management experience
- Light knowledge of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Light knowledge of leases, contracts and related documents.
- Knowledge of emergency/crisis management for building operations.
- Experience contributing to and monitoring budgets.
- Adaptable and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solicit buy-in from key collaborators spread across locations globally
- Ability to act as a flexible and innovative teammate with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a hands-on approach
- Tech savvy, with strong G-Suite skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail

**A day in the life of our Workplace Experience Specialist**:
**Workplace Operations**:

- Handling site access and security for employees and visitors to the premises
- Manage courier bookings and daily incoming and outgoing mail through Australia Post
- General office duties including but not limited to reception (supervising office phone), stationery and catering orders and liaising with the building's landlord and vendors.
- Lodging requests for maintenance and repairs
- Primary point of contact for deliveries, cleaners, building management, Sony employees within the Crunchyroll office and GSOC (Global Security Operations Center) at Sony
- Ensuring the safety of our employees through building evacuation and emergency preparedness and WHS compliance.
- Lead event setup and support internal events (e.g. games nights, happy hours, Christmas parties and catering)
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding in collaboration with the People Team - desk setups, and cleanups for new and leaving employees
- Contribute to site improvements and planning
- Handle mailroom and storage cleaning and organisation
- Support the Management team with ad hoc requests

**Customer Service**:

- Assist with our B2C Customer Service queries via Zendesk and customer enquiries via B2C platforms (e.g COTD)
- Be an active participant at our public events

**Supply Chain**:

- Coordinate incoming merchandise shipments and deliveries, collaborating closely with our distribution partner to ensure swift receipt
- Support other supply chain partners (Merchandise Category Manager, Production Manager, Sales Manager) as required

**Home Entertainment and Production**:

- Assess content for classification in the AU / NZ markets
- Perform basic quality control checks on home-entertainment releases
