What You'll Do

As a Sustainability & Workplace Specialist, you'll play an integral part in the delivery of MYOB's Real Estate & Workplace (RE&W) strategy across Australia and New Zealand, as well as drive sustainability initiatives to support our journey to net-zero. Join us and help create engaging, safe, amazing workplaces. 

This role offers an amazing opportunity for personal growth. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

-  Championing RE&W programs and strategic goals.

-  Leading internal sustainability initiatives and climate-related reporting

-  Managing workplace operations, compliance, and emergency preparedness.

-  Being responsible for vendor contracts and service-level performance.

-  Delivering workplace projects including relocations and upgrades.

-  Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Bring

As a proactive collaborator with a passion for sustainability and operational excellence, you'll bring:

-  Experience in workplace operations, compliance, and facilities management.

-  A creative attitude for change

-  Strong customer engagement and vendor management skills.

-  A dedication to crafting dynamic, sustainable, and high-performing workplaces.

-  Analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.

-  Knowledge of WH&S, PCI, ISO27001, and environmental reporting preferred

-  A commitment to creating safe, sustainable, and high-performing workplaces.
