Permanent Sales position with great base + UNCAPPED commissions

**Your new company**
Format homes are looking for a new Sales Consultant to join them and their team in a permanent capacity. This family business is looking to expand their sales division and capitalise on the hot property market. This role offers an attractive base + UNCAPPED commissions.

**Your new role**

The role offers a flexible roster with shifts split between the office and the display villages.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong previous sales experience (not industry specific)
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team when necessary
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven previous experience to deliver on KPI’s
- Current NPC
- No Real Estate License required
